problem downloading AnimSchool picker

This is a weird issue, in that for years I've had no problem with downloading the AnimSchool Pickers. But I tried recently to download the picker for Malcolm 2.0 for use in Maya 2018. I get the link to the download page, and click on download, then get this error message: Error downloading file: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.

I don't know how to resolve this. I have tried downloading with three browsers - Chrome, Firefox and IE, and I checked to see that they were all up to date.

Any thoughts on what the roadblock is? I disabled my AVG antivirus software, but that had no effect. Lastly, I tried it on my wife's computer (same home network) with same results.
