Nice tool, Mr Gallagher!
Just a suggestion...
It would be nice if in a regular Maya layout, we could choose Panels > Panel > Picker
I like the docking feature, but it competes for screen real estate when the Picker is docked and squashed under the Channel Box, and I find I'm using both, constantly. There's more room and flexibility in the Maya view panel layouts, so if it was part of that layout, it would save many clicks and resizes.
