Follow on IK arms for Malcolm

I am just new to using this rig and I was wondering if there was a follow for the IK arms. I have used them on other rigs before but I can't seem to find any follow options in the picker.

If anyone has any insight that would be great.

Not sure what you mean exactly but the IK features are discussed in the video:

The w b c buttons near the ik arm control is to make it follow the world, body, or chest and snap it to there.
To animate changes, arrow up from the ik arm to the node above it.
