Playblast problem

I have an issue with playblast in Maya 2015.

When i make a playblast everything seems to work but at the end - when the player opens to play the sequence it always shows just one frame - the sequence gets played as no animation was there..

any thoughts on this?

I don't know - I haven't heard of that before.
